English Ale ABV — 6.5% | 40 IBU

Bit o’ Bitter is a wonderfully drinkable English Ale. It has a nicely balanced hop bitterness and malty sweetness with complex biscuity, toasty and nutty characteristics. We use British Pale Ale malt and crystal grains, along with the traditional Kent Goldings hops for bittering and aroma. We use Whitbread yeast for this classic style. We think you’ll find Bit o’ Bitter is the perfect match for the cold chill of late fall early winter weather.

India Pale Ale ABV — 6.7% | 90 IBU

“Last Call” is a wonderful, 90 IBU, West Coast style IPA, with hops, hops, and more hops. We start with pale, two-row malt to which we add Carastan and Cara-Pils malts. Then come the hop additions. Columbus and Simcoe hops are added at five different times during the 90’ boil to provide bitterness and hop-foward flavor and aroma. Then, after fermentation, we dry hop with Simcoe, Cascade, Amarillo and Centennial hops to provide floral and citrus notes. It makes for a bold beer with think you’ll like.

Hefeweizen ABV — 5.0% | 9 IBU

Our Counter Clock Weiz Hefeweizen is triple hopped with Magnum, Mt. Hood and Hallertau Mittelfruh for a balanced flavor of banana, cloves and subtle spice. We also used a touch of Munich malt to round out this new brew. The cloudiness and body are perfect for flavorful and easy drinking. For a real treat have a Radler! Take our tasty, German Hefeweizen and combine it with tart and tangy sparkling Italian lemon or grapefruit soda.

Cream Ale ABV — 4.9% | 18 IBU

Our Norsk KU, an American Cream Ale, takes a creative departure from its American Pilsner roots by incorporating a Norwegian ale yeast instead of the traditional lager yeast. This unique choice not only distinguishes the brew but also imparts a smoother drinkability by reducing bitterness. The yeast's warmer fermentation introduces subtle fruitiness, harmonizing with malt sweetness and delicate hop notes, creating a refreshing Cream Ale that combines tradition and innovation in craft brewing.

Brown Ale ABV — 5.8% | 36 IBU

Zach’s Brown Ale is a delicious, malty brown ale made withe a 2-row base, Belgian biscuit, crystal alt, black pat and special B malts. Willamette hops are used to give it a wonderfully balanced taste and lovely finish. This beer was named in Honor of a young father who lost his battle with addiction earlier this year. A portion of the proceeds from sale of this beer will be donated to a charity supporting Addiction Awareness and Treatment.
